In resalable condition
With its original packaging, tags, and accessories
To initiate a return, please contact our WhatsApp support line and request a Return Authorization Code.
Once you receive your return code, you may send your product using:
DHL or FedEx for international shipments within Europe
The carrier specified by our support team in your region

Once your return is approved, return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer for approved returns within policy conditions.
After your returned product is received and inspected by the SCARPAX team:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
The refund completion time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
All returns are carefully inspected by the SCARPAX quality control team to ensure compliance with return conditions.
If the product was purchased as part of a campaign or promotion, the entire campaign benefit will be canceled upon return.

If the requested size is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Exchanged products cannot be returned again.
