DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
This contract is concluded electronically between the SELLER and the BUYER in accordance with Consumer Protection Laws.

2. SUBJECT
This contract defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product type, quantity, price, shipping cost, and payment method are displayed to the BUYER before order confirmation and become final upon approval.
4. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the shipping company within the specified period following payment approval.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the product, provided that the product remains unused and resalable.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned product reaches the SELLER.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case of defective goods, the BUYER has all legal rights under consumer protection laws.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within legal limits.
9. ENFORCEMENT
By confirming this agreement electronically, the BUYER is deemed to accept all terms.
